Iranian Scientific Association of visual Art
With official permission of Ministry of Science,Research and Technology

The domain of activities of Scientific Research Association of Visual Arts includes all branches of art sciences such as visual arts, theoretical discussions on Islamic arts, Iranian arts from the antiquity to contemporary period and, the world arts.

The association can form groups and committees that work in accordance with obligations determined by the board of directors. Some of the important objectives are as follows:


1. Accomplishment of scientific, cultural and artistic researches at national and international levels with the help of researchers and experts involved in these domains.

2. Cooperation with executive, scientific and research institutions in the field of assessment and review and implementations of plans and programs related to educational affairs and execution in the scientific field of the association.

3.  Encouraging researchers, experts and pioneer academics.

4.  Presenting educational, research and technical services.

5.  Organizing scientific conferences at national, regional and international levels.

6.  Publishing scientific researched books and journals.

7.  Organizing art exhibitions.

8. Organizing expos for sale-purchase of art woks (with the aim to activate art market economy in line with global actions).
